Another amazing Pi Day for Wild Scoops. For this mathematically marvelous day, we always go all out, irrationally and infinitely so.
This year, we sold Pi Pies:
"You're the Cone that I Want" pi pie (above): Homemade graham cracker crust, vanilla ice cream, fresh whipped cream, homemade toffee-coated AK potato chips, Sitka sea salted caramel, homemade fudge decoration. 9" diameter.
"Turnagain Mudflats" pi pie: Chocolate cake crust, peanut butter ice cream, chocolate peanut butter fudge topping, cake and peanut butter ganache decoration. 9" diameter & 5" diameter.
